El GLOBO: February 2014

Welcome to the EL GLOBO blog.

EL GLOBO (2010) was a self-published comic by Dan Hallett, the first edition was printed , in Spanish, on an intaglio press and hand bound by Tranis workshop in Gracia, Barcelona. The printing press and binders relocated shortly after the comics' production.

The comic was short lived and most copies were sold from a beach bar, which the author would frequent, excepting the payment in cubatas and whiskey shots.

The comic was stocked in various book and comic shops in barcelona. Examples may still be available on-line from Fatbottom.

The very first examples, which were hand made by the author, were stocked in the gallery book shops Ras and Vallery, Barcelona.
